First Choice Care, Inc. will provide residential, medical, therapeutic, and support services to a wide range of individuals with developmental disabilities. Our program will offer opportunities for individuals diagnosed with the following:

- Elopement
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

- Other Severe and Non-Severe Behavioral and Emotional Disorder

FCC, Inc. will deliver exceptional community residential services to adults. We believe that individuals with disabilities should be fully integrated into community life, as determined by their preferences, needs, and abilities. Our mission is to ensure that individuals with disabilities are important and contributing members of society.
FCC, Inc.’s Alternate Living Units (ALUs) are homes or apartments that accommodate up to three (3) individuals. Individuals are provided with 24-hour staff supervision, including but not limited to assistance with all health-related appointments, grocery shopping, social and leisure activities, and other events.
First Choice Care, Inc. is licensed in the state of Maryland to provide community residential services: Community Living Group Home. FCC, Inc. will provide individuals with Community Living Group Home Services and teach skills related to activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and socialization in a community residential setting.
